Angola has a rigorous legislation that prohibits abortions in all circumstances, except to save life of a woman. The assistance services post-abortion (PAC), however, still are available in health facilities selected. The abortion in Angola only is legal if it saves woman’s life. The ones that accomplish abortions under other terms that is not, they face up to 2-8 years of prison. In this article describes the referring more important theoreticians about the treatment the abortion since in Angola’s Constitution and her main characteristics. OBJECTIVO: Describe some the referring teorical juridical about of the abortion since in constitution angolana. MÉTODOLOGIA: It is a nature quali-quantitative research with exploratory and descriptive focus about the referring more important theoreticians about of the abortion since in constitução saxon and her main characteristics. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: In wool theory studied about this theme, it can verify that of constitution angolana and very rigorous with of the illegal abortion, however search for conscientize in the population about in this important theme and with link avoid of the abortion illegal.
