The disease, known as foot-hand-mouth disease, is a common infectious disease. It mainly affects children, but occasionally cases can be detected in adults. A cross-sectional descriptive work was carried out, with the objective of describing the behavior of the outbreaks of foot-hand-mouth syndrome, which occurred in the Ismaelillo Children’s Circle belonging to the Sibanicú municipality during three different periods, 2017, 2019 and 2022. For this study, universe and the sample to be worked on was made up of 89 children diagnosed by pediatrics in those three outbreaks. To characterize the sample studied, descriptive statisticians (absolute and relative frequencies) were used; the data were processed through the professional statistical program SPSS 22.0 for Windows. Different sociodemographic variables were taken into account such as age, sex, race and other variables such as months of occurrence, main symptoms, incidence rates and chronology of the outbreak. Theoretical, empirical and statistical mathematical methods were used in this study. The main results obtained were the predominance in children from 1 to 2 years of age who were female and white. The 2022 outbreak, unlike the previous ones, occurs in the early summer months. The main symptom presented was lesions in the mouth, hands and foot. The outbreak with the lowest number of cases and lowest incidence rate was the one that occurred in 2022. It was concluded that this syndrome does not manifest itself in the same way and its chronology differs from one year to the next, highlighting that timely notification on transmission could influence transmission. Control, isolation and the use of a mask.
