It is not enough launch in the new market products, the companies that intend to remain competent, have to satisfy their customers, offering high quality products and services. OBJETIVE: Analyze of the customers satisfaction behavior of the Surface Commercial SHOPRITE, sedeada in the Menongue’s Municipal district, Province of the Cubango, Republic of Angola. MÉTODOLOGY: For the Work development, it was accomplished research (interview) near SHOPRITE’s Customers, opting the quantitative approach, through a questionnaire for cited Supermarket customers, being distributed the forms to 110 (one hundred and ten) customers activos. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The work in allusion it girded to the theme on the factors behavior that contribute to the Supermarket customer satisfaction Shoprite sedeado in Menongue’s Municipal district, Province of the Cuando Cubango. This way, the customers satisfaction level inquired of the Supermarket Shoprite, stays as satisfactory, however they suggest that they are improved aspects as the variety of the products and some prices that tend to high being according to its demand.
